Welcome to Sprall Vehicle Platforms LLC (“Sprall,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing from our website (www.sprallplatforms.com), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

 

 

1. Order Agreement

By placing an order on our site, you confirm that:

  • You are purchasing a hand-built, made-to-order product.
  • Production begins during your scheduled monthly production run.
  • You understand your delivery timeline, displayed at checkout or in your confirmation email.

 

2. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in USD.
  • Local Utah customers within our defined delivery radius may have special pricing or delivery options (as listed on the product page).
  • Taxes are calculated at checkout based on your location.
  • We accept major credit cards, Shop Pay Installments, and other approved payment methods.

 

 

3. Production Schedule

Sprall platforms are crafted individually — not mass-produced — and are assigned to a production batch based on order date.

  • Production typically begins the 1st of the month following your order.
  • Platforms ship or deliver near the 20th of that month unless otherwise stated.

 

Production timelines may shift slightly due to material availability, weather, or other uncontrollable factors. If so, we will notify you.

 

 

4. Shipping & Local Delivery

Local Utah (Inside Delivery Radius)

  • Customers within the defined delivery radius (listed on the product page) may receive free or reduced delivery pricing.
  • Delivery time is scheduled by email.

 

Outside the Local Radius

  • Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout.
  • Customer is responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

 

Damage During Transit

 

If damage occurs during shipping:

  • Notify us within 72 hours with photos of the packaging and product.
  • We will repair, replace, or determine the appropriate remedy.

 

 

5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Our detailed Return & Refund Policy is located on its own page. In summary:

 

Returns

  • Must be unused, uninstalled, and in like-new condition.
  • Must be returned in original or equivalent packaging.
  • Customer pays return shipping.
  • Must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

 

Cancellations

  • If requested before your production month begins → full refund.
  • If requested after production begins → partial refund (materials + labor already invested are deducted).
  • Once production is nearly complete, cancellation may not be possible.

 

Custom Orders

Custom builds, if offered, may not be eligible for return or cancellation.

 

 

6. Warranty

Sprall platforms include a Lifetime-of-your-vehicle warranty, covering:

  • Structural defects
  • Workmanship issues

 

Does not cover:

  • Cosmetic wear
  • User damage
  • Misuse or modifications
  • Water or weather harm

 

Warranty applies for as long as you own the vehicle the platform was originally installed in.

 

 

7. Product Use & Responsibility

Sprall platforms are designed for recreational use only. By purchasing, you agree:

  • You are responsible for proper installation.
  • You assume all risk associated with vehicle modification and use.
  • Sprall is not liable for:
    • Injury, accidents, or property damage resulting from misuse
    • Overloading the platform beyond rated limits
    • Use in unsafe or high-risk environments
  •  Always follow common safety practices when camping, loading cargo, or modifying your vehicle.

 

 

8. Intellectual Property

All photos, designs, descriptions, product names, and branding on this website belong to Sprall Vehicle Platforms LLC and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
