Shipping Policy

Production & Processing

Sprall platforms are built to order and completed during scheduled monthly production windows.

 

Once your order is placed:

  • Your platform is assigned to an upcoming production window
  • Typical build & ship time: 3–5 weeks depending on current demand
  • You’ll receive an update when your platform enters production and again when it ships or is scheduled for delivery

Every platform is assembled, finished, and inspected by hand. We don’t rush the process.

 

Local Delivery (Within 100 Miles)

For customers located within 100 miles of Northern Utah:

  • We personally deliver your platform
  • Local delivery is included at no additional charge
  • Delivery timing will be coordinated with you once your build is complete
  • There is no customer pickup at this time

 

This helps ensure safe transport, proper handling, and a smooth handoff experience.

 

Shipping (Beyond 100 Miles)

Orders located outside the 100-mile delivery range are shipped using large-package carriers due to product size and protection requirements.

 

What to expect:

  • Orders ship from Utah
  • Tracking information will be emailed once your platform leaves
  • Signature may be required upon delivery

 

Shipping costs (if applicable) will be shown or explained during checkout.

 

Delivery Timing

Once shipped, delivery typically takes:

  • 3–7 business days after shipment
  • Longer for rural or extended-distance locations

 

If you’re within 100 miles, we’ll coordinate your delivery window directly.

 

Shipping Damage

We take great care packaging every platform, but carriers are outside of our control.

 

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 72 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of the packaging and the product
  • Do not discard packaging until we respond

 

We’ll work directly with you to resolve the issue quickly and fairly.

 

Final Note

Sprall platforms are shipped and delivered with intention — not rushed, not careless, and not mass-produced.
