At Sprall Vehicle Platforms, we build products meant to outlast your vehicle. Every platform is hand-crafted, precision-fit, and backed by our Lifetime of Your Vehicle Warranty 

- a reflection of our dedication to you.

We guarantee your vehicle sleeping platform against defects in materials and workmanship for as long as you own the vehicle it was originally built for. 

This includes:

• Structural or joint failure under normal use
• Delamination of plywood panels
• Hardware failure (hinges, bolts, or latches, etc) not caused by modification or misuse

This warranty does not cover: 

• Normal cosmetic wear (scratches, dents, discoloration, stains)
• Damage from water exposure beyond normal use
• Improper installation, modification, or accidents
• Platforms transferred to a different vehicle

If you ever have an issue, email support@sprallplatforms.com with:

1. Your name and order number
2. Photos of your issue
3. Your vehicle model and year

We'll review your claim quickly and, if approved, repair or replace the affected component at no cost.

If it carries the Sprall logo, it's built to last the lifetime of your vehicle - and we'll make it right if it doesn't.
