Shipping and returns
Last Updated: June 7th, 2025
We will accept any new, unused products within 30 days of the original purchase. No refunds will be issued on orders that are more than 30 days old.
Once a product is altered in any way, it is no longer eligible for return or credit.
At Sprall Vehicle Platforms, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your sleeping platform, please review our return policy outlined below:
Return & Refund Policy
If you need to request a refund, please contact our Customer Service team at kurt@sprallplatforms.com. To ensure a smooth process, all returns must be approved by our Returns Team before being sent back. Please include your original packing slip to help us identify and process your return quickly. Original packaging is also recommended for ease.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email to confirm its arrival and let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment.
Please note:
- Return shipping costs will be determined based on the reason for the return.
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received the wrong item, your item arrived damaged, or there was a defect), we will cover the return shipping costs.
